Tickets

virtualum tickets are sold exclusively by NetAlive Ltd, 71-75 Shelton St., Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, VAT No. Company House, England & Wales, Company Number: 11163562, DUNS®: 223630093, VAT Number: GB297071280. The following conditions apply to tickets:

  • A ticket is only valid during the period indicated on the ticket sales page, starting from the time of payment. You will receive a confirmation email stating the ticket’s validity period, as well as other ticket and transaction details after you complete the purchase.
  • Tickets can only be purchased via PayPal and will only be assigned to the user account that you accessed the ticket sales page with.
  • Tickets are not transferable to other users or user accounts.
  • Tickets cannot be purchased in advance.

Refund Policy

Please contact dialogue@netalive.it to claim a refund for your ticket. When contacting us, please state the reason for your refund claim. If one or more of the following conditions are met, we will refund your ticket via PayPal. These are the refund conditions:

  • Purchase in error: If you purchased a ticket in error and have not used the ticket to enter an exhibition, we will refund 100% of the ticket price.
  • Technical error: If you have purchased a ticket but for any technical reason cannot enter and have not entered the exhibition using your ticket, we will refund 100% of the ticket price.

Please allow for up to 24 hours on working days to check your refund claim.
